Bahasa Inggris bukan lagi sekadar keterampilan tambahan bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Di era globalisasi, transformasi digital, investasi internasional, dan pelayanan publik modern, kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris menjadi salah satu kompetensi strategis yang mendukung terwujudnya pemerintahan yang profesional, adaptif, dan berdaya saing global.
Modul ini disusun sebagai panduan praktis bagi ASN Kota Madiun untuk menghadapi berbagai situasi kerja yang melibatkan komunikasi internasional, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media digital. Dengan visi "Terwujudnya Pemerintahan Maju, Bersih, Berwibawa, Bersama Masyarakat Membangun Kota Mendunia", setiap aparatur dituntut untuk tampil percaya diri di hadapan tamu asing, investor, dan delegasi internasional.

⚠️ Tip Pelayanan Prima: Hindari kata "cannot" atau "impossible" tanpa penjelasan alternatif. Selalu tawarkan solusi: "I cannot do that, however I can help you with..."
